The short version: this website collects nothing. It has no database, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. The contact form does not send anything to us — it opens a pre-filled message in your own email program, which you then choose to send.

Who this site is for
This website is directed to attorneys, law firm staff, and medical providers. It is not directed to injured persons or claimants, and we do not solicit or accept enquiries from claimants through this site. If you are an injured person, please speak with your attorney.
The contact form
The form on our home page is not connected to a server. When you complete it and press the button, your browser opens your own email program with the details laid out in a new message addressed to us. Nothing is transmitted to this website, and nothing is stored by it. If you close that message instead of sending it, we never see it.
Whether you use the form or write to us directly, please do not include client names or protected health information in a first enquiry.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, uses no local storage, and loads no scripts, fonts, images or other resources from any third-party domain. There is no analytics package and no advertising pixel of any kind.
What our host records
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard technical request information — including IP address, timestamp, page requested, and browser user-agent — in server logs used to serve the site, keep it available, and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you, and they are held under Vercel's own retention practices rather than ours.
Email you send us
If you email us, that message arrives in Russell Funding Group's business email system and is handled by the people here who need to see it. We use it to respond to you and to evaluate a possible funding relationship with you or your firm. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
This website stores nothing, so there is nothing held here to retain. Email correspondence is kept in our business email system for as long as we need it to respond to your enquiry, to manage any funding relationship that follows, and to meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, we dispose of it.
Who else sees it
Our website host and our business email provider process information in the course of running those services for us. Beyond that, we share information only with professional advisers who are bound to keep it confidential, with a counterparty where you have asked us to progress a specific matter, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@russellfunding.com. If you receive email from us and no longer want it, every message we send carries a working unsubscribe link, and we honour it.

If this notice changes we will update this page and the date below.
